From a precise and detailed research of recipes and genuine products we have reached the goal to obtain alimentary preparations tied to the tradition of the rural civilization to which we belong. During these researchs we have discovered that the secret of these fragrancies is included in the formula “genuineness and patience”. Genuineness of the ingredients producted in our land and patience during both preparation and cooking. So our choice is been to follow this way, and to apply this technique in all our preparations, to propose deliciousnesses that perhaps somebody has never tasted; today is possible to discover again this relation with the good-made things, without hurry, in the same way in which they have been made for a long time in the past. The pleasure of our preparations is also this one: memory of customs, faithfulness to the origins, respect of ourselves, authentic taste, the taste of tradition.
